1.1 Shipment Methods & Carriers
Xcity uses trusted carriers and logistics providers to deliver orders. Depending on destination and order size, packages may ship via courier, postal services, freight, or express delivery.
1.2 Shipping Zones & Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination country/region, package weight or volume, and selected shipping method.
  • During checkout, customers will see the estimated shipping cost before payment.
  • Occasionally, Xcity may offer free shipping promotions for certain products, order thresholds, or destinations.

1.3 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • For customized, large, or made-to-order products, processing may take longer; in such cases Xcity will inform the customer of the estimated lead time.

1.4 Transit Time

  • Transit (in-transit) time varies by shipping method and destination:
    • Domestic destinations: 3–7 business days
    • International express: 5–12 business days
    • International standard / economy: 10–25 business days
  • These are estimates; actual delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, weather, or other unforeseen delays.

1.5 Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country.
  • Such charges are the responsibility of the customer (unless otherwise stated by Xcity).
  • Xcity does not control these costs and cannot predict the amounts in advance.

1.6 Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, Xcity will provide tracking information and a tracking URL.
  • Customers can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment via the carrier’s website.

1.7 Delays & Exceptions

  • If a shipment is delayed, lost, or damaged in transit, customers should notify Xcity within a reasonable period (e.g. within 14 days of the expected delivery date).
  • Xcity will assist in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • In case items are out-of-stock after order placement, Xcity reserves the right to cancel or partially fulfil the order, with prompt notification and refund of the affected portion.
